Anyone aged 16 and above can participate in Valkyrie Race. No prior experience is required, but participants should be in good health and prepared for endurance and strength challenges. The race offers two competition formats: Individual, where participants complete the entire course solo, and Doubles, where partners share the workload at designated stations. Running shoes are mandatory, and gloves are recommended for specific strength stations.

Valkyrie Race is an open category event. All participants compete under the same race format, either as Individuals, where they complete the entire race solo, or in Doubles, where two partners share the workload at designated stations. Every competitor faces the same endurance and strength challenges, and there are no separate divisions based on age, gender, or experience level.

Your race time is measured using an official timing system that tracks your start and finish time. The clock begins when you cross the start line and stops when you reach the finish stage after completing all stations and the final run. For Doubles, the race time is recorded based on when the second partner crosses the finish line. Any penalties incurred during the race will be added to the final time.

Valkyrie Race will be held at Singapore Sports Hub, OCBC Square, on May 10 and 11, 2025.
